Refund policy

All sales made through Splash Stomp are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product purchased through our store, including but not limited to issues related to sizing, fit, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before completing your purchase, as all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order is placed.

By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return, No Refund policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

The one exception to this policy is a defective or damaged item. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or otherwise not working as intended, please email us at splashstomp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
